Delivery Details

Order:

Place your order every Saturday before 5 PM MST for the following Tuesday's delivery.

+ You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
+ A delivery confirmation follows once your order is delivered. All orders are delivered Tuesday between 12:00-3:00 PM to your home or workplace in a yellow freezer bag and ice packs.

Prepare:

Every order is:

• 90% organic and sourced from Idaho farms
• Built with locally sourced ingredients seasonally
• Made-from-scratch protein-packed dressings

All salads, proteins and dressings are prepared same day as delivery for peak freshness. Because we source locally and avoid long cross-country transport, our salads can stay fresh in your fridge for up to 6-7 days when stored properly and undressed. 

Allergies: Aside from our creamy Caesar dressing, all salad dressings are dairy free and made from Tahini or Cashew. All croutons are gluten-free. 

Deliver:

Deliveries arrive every Tuesday between 12 PM-3 PM.

Your order comes:

• In an insulated yellow freezer bag
• Packed with ice packs
• Cold and protected

You do not need to be home. Your salads are safe on your doorstep for up to 8 hours. You may leave a personal cooler outside for us to pop your salads into if preferred!

Store:

Refrigerate upon arrival.

Keep dressings sealed until ready. Enjoy within 6 days for best texture and flavor. Once dressed, salads will stay fresh for up to 48 hours. 

Return:

Our yellow freezer bags are reusable. Feel free to use them however you need them for the week of your delivery and then pop them back on your doorstep for pick up on the following Tuesday. 

Unreturned bags will incur a $5.00 charge to support our reusable system. Thank you for helping us keep Gem Jolie simple, sustainable, and waste-conscious.

On your next delivery day (or the following Tuesday should you skip an order), leave the empty bag in the same place you receive your deliveries
