At Gem Jolie, every salad is a celebration of the Treasure Valley. We partner with local farmers who share our values of sustainability and integrity, sourcing hydroponic, biodynamic, and organic produce whenever possible. Our dressings are plant-powered and protein-rich, our croutons are gluten-free, and nearly 90% of our menu comes straight from the land we call home.

We believe food should do more than fill you up — it should nourish your skin, your gut, and your whole body. That’s why every bowl at Little Gem is layered with jewel-toned vegetables, thoughtful textures, and ingredients chosen with purpose. Fresh, radiant, and rooted in community — we’re here to make salad the brightest and most intentional part of your day.

Note: All salad dressings are served on the side in a ramekin separate from the greens, proteins and toppings.
